Osseoprint 3D has developed a proprietary platform to design and 3D print patient-matched bone scaffolds for fast and simple bone reconstruction surgeries. Orthopedic, dental, cosmetic and other surgeons can create and implant patient-matched bone scaffolds at the point of service without an outside lab. Aseptic 3d printing
Osseoprint 3D’s printers are designed to produce bone scaffolds with no post-processing. Using particle counters, sterilized components and laminar airflow, bone scaffolds can be printed in an aseptic environment and leave the printer sterile. Our machines are compliant with current infection and sterilization protocols.
Bioresorbable polymer
We have partnered with leading manufacturers of bio-resorbable polymers to provide custom polymers that are bio-compatible and reabsorb with human tissue. We are currently conducting a study to test the bio-resorption of the polymer in vivo.
